My oldest son use to tell me "As soon as I turn eighteen, I am out of here" Now that he is older he appreciates this wonderful city. I was working at USPS when I found out my youngest son was on his way into the world, I decided that I needed to make a change in my life, to dedicate more time to him. Choosing to get my Real Estate license was the best decision I ever made, because I love helping people and, best job, where else do you get to do what you love doing &, get paid for it, 20 years & still going. I hope many of you feel the same about your job/s.

Two-year Arizona resident and California native, I started in real estate in 2002 giving me over 21 years
of experience in the industry. I began my real estate career in a small rural office in Garner Valley: a
mountain and equestrian community of Mountain Center, CA for a well-renowned brokerage. After
several years of managing the administrative and coordinating all transactions in that office, I moved on
to a smaller brokerage in Temecula where I was encouraged to obtain my real estate license. My next
transition was to an up-and-coming new brokerage in Temecula, where I was able to learn the ins and
outs of real estate on all levels. My real estate family grew, and those priceless relationships brought
about mentoring by escrow and title representatives, lenders, appraisers, home warranty companies,
NHD companies as well as other industry related contractors including home inspectors, termite
companies, septic and well professionals, engineers, and surveyors to name a few. I’ve participated in a
wide range of transactions from vacant land, residential real estate, short sales, Real Estate Owned
(REO), manufactured home sales (both in a park and sold with real property) and a small number of
commercial properties. Prior to my real estate career, I was in the legal services industry for 5 years
whereby I worked with attorneys, their staff and insurance firms in various departments assisting with
administrative functions. I pride myself on attention to detail utilizing my knowledge, experience and
resources to ensure the most seamless and fulfilling experience possible. I respect the gravity that a real
estate venture has on buyers and sellers, and I love to be a part of what often is one the most important
milestones in their lives.
